a smoked ricotta, silverbeet, caramelised cherries
and a cherry and quail sauce. And how did that cook go for you? My first batch of ricotta
didn't turn out, so I made a second batch,
and I had time to correct that. But otherwise, this is something
that I would enjoy eating. Beautiful.
