killing people. Now, this next street ahead here,
they've actually put posters up. But who are the death squads,
who do they compose of, and what justice
are they dealing out? Justice - bullets in the head. Yeah. It's shopkeepers, off-duty
policemen, private security guards. Sometimes simply people who've been
mugged and are fed up with it, go back with a gun and kill
street people, particularly... So they're sort of vigilante squads.
Vigilante squads, yeah. And do they kill people?
They do. Regularly. At what rate? Sometimes three, four, five,
six cases a week, two or three people
a night killed
