I remember when I was at home, I lost all respect for police authority. When the police were called to my house, my stepfather had

and her hair was ripped out. And there were two officers in the house and I was yelling at this officer. I said, "Look what he did to my mother!" I said, "Why don't you
take him out of here so he doesn't hurt anybody?" And the officer
looked down at me and said, "Well, if she'd be a better wife, she wouldn't get
knocked around now, would she?"
