across to the right-hand side and see if I can find this
gas-filled stomach. And then I am planning on pulling it back across to the
right-hand side where it belongs. Like many large animals, the cow will stay awake
and standing for the surgery and this will make it easier
for Rachael to access her stomach. We'll make a wee incision
to start with and we'll see. Rachael starts to open up the flank
of the half-tonne cow. But it's very skittish. Ah, ah, ah, ah. Did she get your knee? Mmm. You're a tramp. Despite the punishing kick, Rachael must quickly
get back to work
