to honour three gentlemen. Mr Bob Fulton, Mr Robert Somerville
and Mr John Keenan. I would like to express,
on behalf of the Chilean President, Michelle Bachelet,
and the people of Chile, our endless gratitude
and appreciation. The Order of Bernardo O'Higgins
is the greatest distinction our country gives to foreigners. It was established in 1965
and named after the founder and liberator of our Republic. Let me invite to step up
the gentlemen that we will pay homage to. Oh, my God. It's OK. Mr Bob Fulton
