Benji got away with murder.

I wanted to believe Benji was innocent but there's no way he was. His Lawyer knew he was guilty and his Father knew it too. His dad knew very well Benji had in fact used that knife to stab probably more than one person. Thus explaining why the dad cut his own hand before the Lawyer could administer the test in private.

Then the Crime Nana sends the four boys to go after Craig and Day-Day. After a few obstacles and with some help from Money Mike and Donna, Craig and Day Day escape the Crime Brothers. Two of them come across Moly and proceed to beat him up and chase after him. At one point when their boss Moly is cornered by some hoods, one of them says, "you know what we did to those last security guards?" So apparently they were the victims of gang violence. Perhaps one of the guards harrassed the boys' grandmothers like Day-Day did, which invoked the wrath of the gang. Later on, while Craig and Day Day are chasing the Robber Santa Claus, they come across a house that belongs to the Caroler. The Santa robber mistakenly hides inside a room that the Crime Brothers own. The boys are very furious at him for trespassing and proceed to beat him down and throw him out a window. It's unknown what happened to the Crime Brothers after the Crazy Old Man with a Shotgun goes inside their house.
