To a location that we came to learn was right next
to the sanitation depot on the waterfront. With this new information, a few of our guys head over to Roscoe's job in Manhattan at the Sanitation Department to see if any of his colleagues noticed anything strange. So when talking
to Roscoe's coworkers at the sanitation depot, we quickly learned that he was the guy that if something was dropped on the ground, he would leave it on the ground. But one of them couldn't help but notice that he miraculously was
cleaning up on a balcony area where they have
a barbecue grill and was going to great lengths to make sure
that that zone was neat
