a crispy element. [Ed] So I'm gonna make some coral tuiles.
They're, uh, super delicate. {\an8}It's a little bit of a science trick. {\an8}So when you're making this batter, {\an8}it doesn't look like
it should work at all. It's mostly water
and a little bit of flour. I utilize a little salt,
a little pepper and a lot of cocoa, because this is a cocoa tuile. And when you place a dollop
of this mixture in the pan, the water evaporates and leaves the flour.
It makes a crisp tuile. Magic
