so I keep adding the chocolate. I love it. I think it's great. When you're doing a mole
in a very quick amount of time, you have to use less liquid, so I'm making sure
that I'm keeping it as dry as possible because I don't have time to reduce it. So less liquid means less cook time,
and I think that I've accomplished that. [Mike] All right, guys,
