one scallop short of an appetizer. {\an8}I thought the scallop
was perfectly cooked, {\an8}which is, you know, no small thing. And I did like the dusting of chili. The heat and the sweetness
from the apricot and tomato was a good... good thought. {\an8}Textures with the scallops
