was perfectly cooked, {\an8}which is, you know, no small thing. And I did like the dusting of chili. The heat and the sweetness
from the apricot and tomato was a good... good thought. {\an8}Textures with the scallops
and the crunchy almonds, really satisfying. I love the heat from the sauce. [Hillary Dixler Canavan] I'm excited. {\an8}[Dylan Ho] I do like
