You had so many, like,
naturally salt-forward items there, but it doesn't come across
that way on the plate at all. It's great. Yeah, I was gonna say the lamb,
I agree, needs a little salt. The plantain's a little under. But the croquette. Great. - Great. Awesome. Cool.
