    Clip.cafe is a digital service that provides access to movie and TV show clips. We offer the following plans—PRO ($5/month or $48/year), Creator ($10/month or $96/year), and a Day Pass ($3 one-time)—with payments processed securely via Stripe. As a digital service, there are no physical goods to return. By purchasing, you agree to the following return and refund policy.
  2. Digital Service — No Returns
    • Clip.cafe provides digital content and services. Since digital services cannot be "returned," all sales are considered final once access is granted.
    • Access to the service is provided immediately upon successful payment.
  3. Payment Processing & Billing
    • Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled.
    • Day Pass is a one-time purchase valid for 24 hours.
    • All payments are handled securely by Stripe.
  4. Refund Eligibility
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
    • Unused subscription: If you have not used the service during the current billing period, you are entitled to a full refund.
