with gastronomy. Nisha, this trip has reminded me
of what I've always known - it's all about that
never-ending quest for excellence and about concentrating on the
details. That's what it's about. That's what's so great
about the Basque people. They're driven by their love
for food, their love for produce. Where they live, that feeds
right into what they're giving us. They're constantly,
constantly seeking perfection, that's what I love about this place. Nisha's favourite places to eat show the breadth of the cuisine
in San Sebastian. But they all share a passion for
Basque ingredients, a special commitment to
their guests and a stubborn belief
