to find your creels? We're going approximately
two miles or so. A couple of miles from the harbour. This time of year
the lobsters come in. They come in from the slightly
deeper water and they'll go to the shallow water
to cast their shells. OK. Lobster are fished
all over the Scottish coast. But most are caught in water
less than 30 metres deep. What's the season
for lobster fishing? You get into August,
September, October, are the main three months.
Right. Every year is different.
If you've had a hard winter, the lobsters could be later.
Right. If you've had a mild winter,
they could come quicker. Fred, are you wanting a shot
at driving the boat? Yeah. It's just like a car. All right. My dad says, you know,
when you can drive one car, you can drive any. Same with boats, same with boats
