applying force, using your body weight. Adults require at least thirty
5 cm-deep compressions. Remember to wait until the chest has
risen before each compression. Twenty-nine, thirty... Raise their chin and pinch their nose,
supporting the air duct. One breath per second is optimal. Once again. Just make sure their chest
is expanding when you do this. After that, begin compressions again. Five, six, seven... Thirty. That's the pattern. Right. Someone else have a go. Miss Mukaimizu?
