It's a disease like mumps or
chicken pox and it can spread to other bronzes
if they're put next to him. Human sweat can cause bronzes
to react like this, and it's likely that he developed his condition
decades ago after being manhandled. But nobody knows for sure. There are other areas on his legs
as well that have small spots. Atmospheric humidity
can accelerate the disease. So, he must always be kept at a relative humidity
of less than 25%
