discovered this hidden treasure. Justin has been invited
to the museum to see its transformation. It looks absolutely fantastic. I can't believe how clean it is now, with all the mud gone out of it, and the stones are...and
the gold is all shining. When I first found it, I thought it
was something like a crushed bottle top or something like that, because finding something like that
doesn't happen every day, and I'm just happy that
it's in its right place now. Yeah, brilliant. With the museum for people to see now,
over the years and years, rather than just lost
in some field forever. It's the loss that has preserved it,
oddly enough. The fact that someone lost it
means that we've got it today. We feel it's given us an extra
insight into the way that jewels were produced
in the late Middle Ages. So, thanks to you, with your
trusty metal detector... Yeah. Yep, you're welcome.
