There's always that moment,
when you take an object that you've seen in the street
and you put it in a case, and it does transform it. I think, particularly with the
flags, it was quite hard to imagine how they might take shape,
or have a presence here in the gallery, and actually
they look wonderful, and there's a really strong vista that, as
people come up into the gallery, they will see them. It'll be interesting to see
what the reaction is
when you take an object that you've seen in the street
