When it was Rocket's turn
to perform, it reached just over 24mph, exceeding
all expectations. Rocket had won the Rainhill Trials,
absolutely beating the competitors. Stephenson must've been absolutely
ecstatic, and as at the end of a Grand National Race, the
spectators must've been cheering and applauding as Rocket steamed
triumphantly passed them on a final run back towards the bridge,
knowing that Rocket had entered the history books
to perform, it reached just over 24mph, exceeding
