On Aladdin, well,
it was very collaborative. No idea was stupid. Everything deserved a hearing. And nine times out of ten,
if it made people laugh, it got in the movie. Everybody would be in the room and somebody would say, "How about if
the Genie does blank, blank, blank," and draw a doodle and we'd
pin it up on the board. And so, for example, the Genie's trying to come up with
a mode of transportation for Aladdin and he goes, "Ah, let's see. What
do you need? What do you need?" "What do you need?" And keeps
snapping up different things. And so, they had a couple of
different modes of transportation in the storyboard
