Ferguson was the only son of aslain New York State trooper......and was on the waiting listfor both the New York City......and Suffolk County Police Departments. Styler was using his job at Wilkinson'sto finance his way through law school. Addison was a graduate ofa local high school......who wanted nothing morethan a steady job that paid well. It was not a group of innocentyoung boys at Wilkinson. Most, if not all,the inmates belonged there. A number of them were riding outtheir 2nd and 3rd convictions. All were violent offenders. Few seemedsorry about what they had done. And as for rehabilitation, forget it
