Well let me respond to that- that kid was interviewed by Lauren Weiss, who was a District Attorney in Los Angeles, now a Superior Court Judge, and she didn't think a crime had been committed, and neither did the Santa Barbara Sherrifs when they interviewed him, and, and and nobody filed any charges at that time and I think that it's going to be very suspect- 15 years after the fact coming into court
