That's always going to happen. Where we are in 2017 with the NHS, the complaints come thick and fast, so it's quite nice to hear that. Nowadays, people generally
expect treatment. OK, whether that's surgery
or surgery with other things, and they're more demanding as far
as what they expect from surgery. It's only human nature. But it does put a lot of pressure
onto surgeons, and surgical teams, to keep pushing the boundary
and to keep... ..getting good results
