the first thing is to
00:00:03.022 --> 00:00:04.012
deconstuct
00:00:04.048 --> 00:00:06.002
the slogans of the fascists
00:00:06.054 --> 00:00:07.009
because the fascist actually
00:00:07.009 --> 00:00:09.086
they don't have an ideology
00:00:09.092 --> 00:00:10.009
they have slogans
00:00:10.009 --> 00:00:13.042
they take ideas from left and right
00:00:13.048 --> 00:00:14.000
for example
00:00:14.006 --> 00:00:16.038
that the problems are caused by the immigrants
00:00:16.038 --> 00:00:18.084
and not by the bankers
00:00:18.009 --> 00:00:20.042
something like that
00:00:20.062 --> 00:00:22.062
you must deconstruct this
00:00:22.062 --> 00:00:25.024
that the life of the common people here
00:00:25.026 --> 00:00:28.038
will be better if we throw the immigrants away

Movie Summary

A low-intensity war is being fought on the streets of Europe and the aim is on fascism. This critically acclaimed documentary takes us behind the masks of the militants called antifascists. In 2013 a group of armed nazis attacks a peaceful demonstration in Stockholm where several people are injured. In Greece the neo-nazi party Golden Dawn becomes the third largest in the election and in Malmö the activist Showan Shattak and his friends are attacked by a group of nazis with knives and he ends up in a coma. In this portrait of the antifascists in Greece and Sweden we get to meet key figures that explain their view on their radical politics but also to question the level their own violence and militancy.
