We have no lunch detentions, no after school detentions, no Saturday schools, 'cause that's not the way it works in the real world. If I get in trouble with my boss, she doesn't say, "Oh, Miss Viland, you have Saturday school." Oh, no, no, no. She comes in, she closes the door, and she says, "Look, woman, you better get your act together and do it my way or I'm going to fire you." And THAT'S how I handle discipline
