"Well, I fuckin' hate my parents." And indeed, when Jeremy's barrister
cross-examined me, he was saying, "Well, why would you recall
an off-the-cuff conversation?" And my reply to the barrister
was that I did recall it and I remembered it so well
because of the vehemence in which Jeremy said
those extremely strong words
