all the nasty bits in there? I love all the nasty bits. It's not a beautiful, best-dressed model
kind of a dish, but it's incredibly good,
totally traditionally Italian. I literally love it. You're doing something which has become
extremely rare to find in Italy. Don't change anything. To have the approbation of the judges
