made with octopus. {\an8}We made takoyaki with cassava. It highlights the many uses of cassava. We're extremely happy with the dish. [Mark] The cassava is front and center, the citrus sauce is there to give
a real vibrancy and add the sunshine to the plate. {\an8}[Johnny] This dish is meant to be
thought-provoking, {\an8}it's showing its versatility. We want to show all the things
that the cassava root can do. We're not basing it on
a classic Brazilian dish, we're kind of exploring
the different textures. You all created one incredible dish showcasing the Brazilian ingredient
