with Mexican cuisine, my heroes became the tortilla ladies. Because when you realize
the richness of your own culture, you become stronger. Pujol has been open for 18 years. It's not what you find
in traditional Mexican restaurants. A lot of people think of Mexican cuisine
as a casual, simple cuisine. It is so much more than that. There's 57 families of corn, or more. Just making a tortilla
