of the foie gras, of the meat. The way the truffle are cut in,
it's really nice, and maybe I like some more sauce
to put everything together. I like all the different elements,
the parts. The pieces of meat are good. I like this big lardon. But I have a problem
with the fact that the taste that I feel in my mouth is the fire of Armagnac. Okay. It's overwhelmed the other ingredients
