I admire the egg. I can see that it took a lot of work
to get that right. But your sausage is overworked. It's been over-minced,
and it's very dense, and very, very salty. There's a gamey edge to it
which I really like, but the salt is... You know,
I'm thinking about my blood pressure. That's the thing that dominates.
It's just a bit too violent for me. I have to agree. The egg, I quite like, actually.
I quite like the curry of the egg. But combined with the curry powder
and the sausage, -it's way too salty for me.
