there's the blood, the blood of the hunt. [Shane] You have leek ash
over the top of that. [Mark] Which represents the gunpowder. So it's looking at the hunt itself
and what we've served. It's amazing. It really looks
like a Pollock dish. You drip on it? -Oh, Jackson Pollock.
