it is cooked extremely well. And the turnip is not something
I would have normally thought of. A root vegetable, you normally want
to put something more meaty. So in a way, you know,
you get an extra brownie point. But what kicks the dish off... is the ginger. [exhales] Ginger with the coconut, with the fish. What you did with that ginger gives you that sharpness, that kick.
