of sweet and salty. This is the team that slathered turkey
in mayonnaise. -Did it work?
-It is a magical condiment. Yes. Like, you can put mayonnaise on a shoe,
actually, and-- -I brush my teeth with it.
-There you go. My teeth are white as can be. Anyway, it works out quite nicely here. I would've liked
just a couple more cranberries, just 'cause I like that acidity
against all the fat. Sure, yeah. What I really liked about this
is the ham actually really pops and adds a saltiness. -He's coming around.
-A convert. I think the mayonnaise
really helps with that, though, 'cause it's got this little extra
secret sauce almost, which is really great. -The gravy and potatoes are stellar.
-Thank you. This is a challenge I want to win.
This is my home country. And I took my mom's recipe, so I certainly hope I made
