This fruit on this dish, fig with cassava. Why? We just wanted a slightly sweeter element. The fig with cassava, it's very soft and crunchy. And I love this combination. And I love the sauce. This is, for me, seems like a croquette. Made with tapioca, also very chewy. I love this texture, this chewy texture. But... you use a lot of deep frying. This, for me, is a negative point. This sometimes can be a little... Heavy, strong, no? But I love the preparation,
