to go into the family business which was construction. But on my 18th birthday, I got a job as a dishwasher. And now, here I am. It's pretty incredible. Welcome to The Final Table. From the beginning,
I remember being very nervous. Up against 24 different chefs, some of them have Michelin stars. But I was very, very determined. Woo! Beautiful! For me, this is something I'd be happy -to have in any of my restaurants.
-Yeah! I don't like eggplant.

that slathered turkey in mayonnaise. -It is a magical condiment.
-I brush my teeth with it. My teeth are white as can be. [man] It is our time to shine. I feel like I'm in Japan.
