it's always a battle, 'cause I'm not Japanese. [in Japanese] I am a student
of Japanese cuisine. Um... [in English] I'm just-- just floored, and really, thank you so much. [audience cheers, applauds] I've never felt emotions
like validations and relief at the same time. And a lot of hate... when you try to do something different,
a lot. And I've experienced it in my city. [sighs] [sniffling] But I know what I'm doing
and I made the right choice, and I don't need to pay attention
to that anymore. So it's-- it's a relief on so many levels. Yeah, I'm-- I just feel fortunate
