Why did you choose to use the gold leaf? We knew royalty was coming to eat with us,
so we put gold on top of everything. -Oh, okay.
-That's pretty much it, bottom line. He's my PR. [all laugh] But, a little bit more judgmental, for me, there's too much lobster, a little bit too much of everything. If you had taken away a little bit, it would have given a much deeper layer
to the dish. The raviolo, which is amazing,
is not the protagonist of the dish. Tomato, lobster, caviar, gold, may be too much. -Let's move on.
