on Julia Howard, and I think
I found something. She owned a home
here in Sacramento, bought it eight years ago, but she also leased a house
in Davis at 1309 Orchid Lane. I don't understand. Was she
renting it for somebody else? Unlikely. She doesn't have
any family in California. Did she even have the money
for a second house? Not on her salary. Where's Jane?
