Pretty shocking, coming in here. It sort of just
makes it very, very real. You know, I've come here thinking, "Is this a place that
you'd want to visit?" And then, you've got
that tourist critical eye that you are casting
across everything, "Are people being friendly enough?
Am I being welcomed enough? "Are there enough facilities?
Is my hotel good enough? "Are there places to visit?" And you sort of wander around
and have a look and think, "Why should anybody here
give a shit about that?" They've got other things
to be worried about, do you know what I mean? You know, it's just
desperately unlucky. And they're such
horrible victims of fate. So the idea you could come
here and sort of complain, or demand that entertainment is laid on for you, that facilities are laid on for you, feels insensitive
in the extreme, really

Pretty shocking, coming in here.
00:00:03.024 --> 00:00:05.016
It sort of just
makes it very, very real.
00:00:06.028 --> 00:00:07.092
You know, I've come here thinking,
00:00:07.092 --> 00:00:10.000
"Is this a place that
you'd want to visit?"
00:00:10.000 --> 00:00:13.036
And then, you've got
that tourist critical eye
00:00:13.036 --> 00:00:15.004
that you are casting
across everything,
00:00:15.004 --> 00:00:18.000
"Are people being friendly enough?
Am I being welcomed enough?
00:00:18.000 --> 00:00:20.064
"Are there enough facilities?
Is my hotel good enough?
00:00:20.064 --> 00:00:22.036
"Are there places to visit?"
00:00:22.036 --> 00:00:24.008
And you sort of wander around
and have a look and think,
00:00:24.008 --> 00:00:28.012
"Why should anybody here
give a shit about that?"
00:00:28.012 --> 00:00:30.088
They've got other things
to be worried about,
00:00:30.088 --> 00:00:33.000
do you know what I mean?
00:00:33.000 --> 00:00:35.002
You know, it's just
desperately unlucky.
00:00:35.002 --> 00:00:37.012
And they're such
horrible victims of fate.
00:00:37.012 --> 00:00:41.004
So the idea you could come
here and sort of complain,
00:00:41.004 --> 00:00:43.064
or demand that entertainment
00:00:43.064 --> 00:00:44.088
is laid on for you,
00:00:44.088 --> 00:00:46.052
that facilities are laid on for you,
00:00:46.052 --> 00:00:49.028
feels insensitive
in the extreme, really.
