you're standing still. Running a kitchen in Aviemore
is completely different to anything that I've experienced
before in the past, especially, working away in other kitchens. They're always kind of steady and you're always kind of running
along, but in Aviemore, you just go up, up, up, up, up,
then BANG, down it comes again. It's a bit like a roller-coaster. Xavio keeps fighting away
for the team. Go on, Xav, go on!
Unlucky, unlucky. Block him! Good, Xav, good.

his dad that the future is bright for the Taverna team
