and eventually motivated to make these Jurassic Park animatics. It's making the movie
before the movie is made, just to get some sense of the timing
of the shots, the choreography. While Phil's stop-motion
animatics were obviously very good, for many at the time, stop-motion itself
was a bit of a non-starter. Stop-motion is jerky 'cause it's at
the time of frame. There's no motion blur
