Considering the development
in Aleppo's security situation, the number of acts of violence
and deaths in relation to Aleppo's
large number of inhabitants, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
considers that in the Aleppo region there is no such conflict to cause all the residents of the city any serious personal danger
described as grievous harm in paragraph 88, subsection 1
of the Aliens Act
