On July 18 at around 1:30 AM, Yangzhuangcun district was
targeted by motorbike thieves. The police rapidly intervened. One of the criminals fired,
killing a police officer. An arrest warrant was issued
against suspect Zhou Zenong. Barrages have been set up in stations,
ports and airports as well as highway tolls.
An all-points bulletin was issued. A reward of 300,000 yuan
