very supportive, sympathetic, and trying to give us
as much information as they could. Whenever one of their specials
would come on to talk to us about a system or an experiment
or whatever, they would frequently say, "Where's Frank?",
you know, "How's Frank doing?" It was very meaningful,
'cause I knew them all by name, and they would express their condolences and they were really sorry
for what happened
