for a 2-year loan extension. The IMF had discussed additional
relief loans in an emergency meeting but did not not approve the extension. The Korean government currently
owes the IMF $115 billion, which we could not pay back last year, putting us in our
current state of default. The IMF and the Korean government
will be holding their fifth negotiation... Halt the layoffs that destroy families! -Halt!
