The sea drill activates and begins to slowly repel down towards them] Elliot Carver: The missiles are programed. It can't be stopped. In a matter of minutes, my plan will succeed. And thanks to your efforts, the British Navy will destroy the evidence. And I'll be out of here... in a Carver News Helicopter, filming the entire event. It's gonna be a fantastic show. James Bond: [turning] I may have some breaking news for you, Elliot. [the Sea Drill roars as it moves closer. Carver, hearing the roar, turns to see what is behind him.
