With such a weight of evidence, respected Harvard psychiatrist,
Dr. John E. Mack, as well as other scientists,
concluded that the incident in Zimbabwe was an authentic close
encounter of the third kind. It is perhaps significant that
this encounter occurred at a time when the environmental lobby in the region
was trying to draw attention to the damage being done to planet Earth by man's draining of natural resources. Another significant factor which has emerged in UFO
and alien encounters is that many of them have occurred close
to military installations and bases. Could there be a more sinister motivation
