Trump Administration actually created the China-COVID
Procurement Service to encourage
American producers like 3M to sell their entire
inventories of N95 masks to China. When American hospitals
desperately needed N95s, they were forced
to import them and pay up to 10 times more than the price charged
by American producers. PPE has been sporadic,
but we do what we have to do. We're nurses,
and we learn to adapt and to get the job done
and get the care provided, and that's what
we're gonna continue to do
