The CDC says they're working
with states now to fix the tests. They did not say how many
of the kits have flaws. Now, this was
really frustrating to a lot of lab directors
because they were like, "Look, the N1 and N2 part
of this test are working "totally fine, "so why don't we
just ignore the part that isn't working?" Under an Emergency Use
Authorization, you're not supposed to do that
